Another hit from the Whitewater Cooks Cookbook- Veggie Burgers! I made them for dinner tonight- yum! Very tasty and very hearty- it makes 12 big patties, so we now have 10 more in the freezer ready to go for busy work nights. Served up with garlic mayo and sweet potato fries- nomnomnom….
